Course description

This course is delivered in a **hybrid format**, combining online and in-person learning. Participants will first complete the online modules covering the key updates and requirements of the **RSPO P&C 2024 Standard** before attending a five-day face-to-face training session focused on audit methodologies, requirements, and best practices. This blended approach equips prospective auditors with the knowledge and practical skills required to conduct high-quality RSPO P&C audits.

- Internal audit teams of RSPO-certified companies or organizations pursuing RSPO certification

The course is ideal for professionals looking to update their competencies, strengthen their professional profile, and effectively prepare for both external and internal audits.

**In-Person Training Structure**

- **2 days - Classroom sessions:** Lectures, coaching, and practical exercises
- **2 days - Field visit:** Palm oil mill and plantation operations visit, including a field audit simulation
- **1 day - Classroom session:** Presentation of the audit simulation report (practical case study) and written examination
